Delivery Policy

Color Land Children’s Toys Center has grown in leaps and bounds over the past years, not only by offering the best quality toys at the best prices but also by delivering products to your doorstep with utmost care, ease, and safety.

We aim to make your shopping experience with us as fun as it is easy, so here's all you need to know about getting your order delivered:

• We deliver to all addresses within the United Arab Emirates within 48 hours from the date the order is placed.
• Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to addresses outside the UAE. However, we may launch international delivery soon.
• Larger items—primarily outdoor or ride-on products—are shipped directly from the Color Land Toys Al Ain Warehouse and may take longer to arrive. These items generally require fittings and services, so we advise booking your preferred delivery time.
• Please note: A signature is required for most deliveries, so please choose a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.

To show our gratitude to our customers and to continue supporting your child’s growth, we now offer FREE shipping for orders of AED 100 and above.

We’ve partnered with some of the leading couriers to ensure you receive your parcels in the fastest possible time and at the most affordable flat shipping rates.

Working days are Monday through Saturday.

Orders placed on Sunday will be confirmed and processed on Monday morning.
