• Return Location: Return to any Color Land Toys store. Pickup is available for 50 AED.
  
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued via original payment mode, processed within 4–7 days.
  
• Defective Items: Items with manufacturing defects or missing parts will be repaired, replaced, or refunded (if returned within 14 days). Must be returned in original packaging.
